Shipping and Fulfillment
All orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. Please refer to each listing for any other fulfillment times. Purchase of a product with a longer fulfillment time listed in the product description is considered consent to a longer fulfillment time.
All orders are shipped using USPS, UPS or FedEx and a tracking email will be sent as soon as the order is shipped. All orders are insured with the nearest value of the item ordered.
We reserve the right to ship at our discretion for all free shipping orders.
Melissa's Custom Creations is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages, or packages that are misdelivered due to incorrect addresses.
October 1st forward will be considered Christmas orders and will be shipped by the beginning of December unless the item is ready to ship.
Order Edits and Discounts
It is company policy that all orders are sales final, please refer to our policies for further information. Orders that have an outstanding balance that has not been paid within 24 hours of receipt of invoice will be canceled, and refunded, minus a 10% restocking fee. All orders are sales final; we do not edit orders or apply discounts post payment.
Ready to Ship
All ready to ship items will be shipped within 2-5 business days from order UNLESS personalization is chosen, then it is 5-7 business days for all items except for tumblers which is 2-3 weeks.
Pre‑orders
When you purchase a pre‑order, you’re securing an out‑of‑stock, soon‑to‑be‑available product that is not yet in inventory.

Your payment method WILL be charged in full at the time of preorder.
Pre‑orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
Estimated shipping dates are subject to change.
Shipping Policy
All ready to ship items will ship within 2-5 business days. All custom orders are made to order, and the current turnaround time is 4-6 weeks.
Local customers are welcome to pick-up orders at discussed days/times. If you’re local, please contact us before placing your order so that we can give you a shipping code to use at checkout.
-Free delivery within Lake Village.
-$5.00 charge for delivery within 10 miles of Lake Village.
All other orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping costs are estimated by your zip code and weight of your items. You will receive tracking information as soon as your package ships. Please wait 24-48 hours for tracking to update before contacting us.
We cannot guarantee arrival of your package by a certain date so please be sure to plan enough time in advance, so your items arrive in a timely manner. Please understand that shipping times are out of our control once a package leaves our possession. We can only provide you with an estimated delivery date. Weather, holidays, and other factors may influence your shipping times and packages occasionally get delayed. We will work with you every step of the way to resolve any issues.

Returns/Exchanges
Due to the nature of our work, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless an error was made on our end.
Once the order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. No exceptions for buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
Please double check your spelling and any other details before submitting your order.
We package every item to the best of our ability and make every effort to ensure that your item(s) arrive as expected, and in one piece. If, however, there is an issue with breakage, or damage please contact us immediately. Please do NOT discard any packaging. We will need pictures of the item(s) and packaging so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
When you receive your order, please be sure to look it over to make sure everything is correct. If there are any discrepancies, you must contact us within 24 hours of the item(s) arriving at your doorstep. If there’s an error that was made on our end, we can offer an exchange or refund, depending on the issue. We will ask that you send us a photo of the item in question. In this situation, the item must be returned in the original condition. If an item is not returned in its the original condition, you will NOT receive a new item, and the original will be returned at your expense.
Damaged / Faulty Goods are sometimes the hazard of business, and if you received incorrect order fulfillment, damaged or faulty goods, please contact us by emailing melissascreations@gmail.com within 24 hours. We offer a replacement free of charge upon validation of damaged or faulty goods and return of incorrect product.
Cancellation Policy
All orders are sales final. Cancellation is not available.
Rush Orders
If you need a rush order, a $25 fee will be added to your total due to us having to place you in front of other customers. Thank you for understanding.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No returns, exchanges, cancelations, or modifications.
